Build time is typically 5–10 business days from order, followed by 3–7 days of shipping. Every PC is hand-built in our Texas shop, stress-tested for 24 hours, and quality-checked before it leaves the door.

Every build includes performance thermal paste, professional cable management, a 24-hour stress test, a 1-year parts and labor warranty, free RAID 0/1 setup on multi-drive builds, and free AI Auto-Overclock (PBO/XMP) tuning. All included at no extra charge.

Can I save my custom build configuration and come back later?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Sign in to your account and use the 'Save Build' button on the configurator. Your full configuration — including upgrade picks, RAM, GPU, storage, and case — will be saved to your profile and ready to load any time.

What's the difference between custom and pre-built at Lone Star?

Pre-built tiers (Maverick, Wrangler, Outlaw, Frontier, Trailhand) are curated configurations we ship hand-built. The custom configurator lets you pick every component — CPU, GPU, RAM, storage, cooling, case, fans, PSU. Same hand-build quality, total flexibility.

Do you offer financing on custom builds?

What if components I want are out of stock?

Accepted Answer

Out-of-stock items are flagged in real-time in the configurator and cannot be selected. Our inventory updates daily based on Micro Center stock and our distributor pipeline. If you need help finding an alternative, message us in chat.

Is shipping included with my custom PC order?

Accepted Answer

Shipping is calculated at checkout based on your location and ships nationwide via insured carrier. Every PC is packed in custom protective foam to survive transit. Most builds arrive 3–7 business days after they leave the shop.
