By using and/or visiting this website, you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Lone Star True Custom Rigs. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Lone Star True Custom Rigs website and all related services, including but not limited to our online PC configurator, pre-built system listings, community features, and any content or functionality offered through this website. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms periodically for updates.

2. Representation of Age and Ability

By using this website and/or placing an order, you affirm that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, or that you have obtained the consent of a parent or legal guardian, and that you are fully able and competent to enter into and comply with the terms, conditions, obligations, representations, and warranties set forth in these Terms. This website is not intended for persons under the age of 18.

3. Use of Website Content

This website is independently owned and operated by Lone Star True Custom Rigs. All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, videos, audio, software, and design elements, is the property of Lone Star True Custom Rigs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Lone Star True Custom Rigs grants you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the website for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not modify, copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, transmit, display, perform, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent. Any unauthorized use of website content automatically terminates the permission granted herein.

4. Products & Customization

Lone Star True Custom Rigs specializes in custom-built gaming and workstation PCs. Our products include pre-configured systems ("Ready to Ship") and fully customizable builds through our PC configurator.

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product due to component availability or manufacturer design changes.
• We reserve the right to substitute components of equal or greater performance and quality if a selected part becomes unavailable after your order is placed. We will notify you of any significant substitutions before shipping.
• Custom configurations are built to order and are subject to the specific return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

5. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. No sales tax is currently collected on purchases. If our tax obligations change in the future, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout in accordance with Texas state law and applicable local regulations.

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed through Stripe, as well as financing through Affirm and Klarna.
• Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase unless you select a financing option through Affirm or Klarna, in which case their respective terms and conditions apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

6. Order Processing & Build Times

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin assembling your custom PC. Estimated build and processing times are as follows:

• Ready to Ship Systems: Typically ship within 3–5 business days.
• Custom Configurator Builds: Typically ship within 10–15 business days, depending on component availability and build complexity.
• Built Live on Stream Add-On: Build times may vary based on stream scheduling. You will be contacted to coordinate a date and time for your live build session.

Build times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of your order status via email. Lone Star True Custom Rigs is not liable for delays caused by component shortages, shipping carrier delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

7. Shipping & Title / Risk of Loss

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. All systems are carefully packaged with custom foam inserts and protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and system weight.
• Title and risk of loss for all products shall pass to the customer upon shipment from our shipping location.
• We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout.
• You are responsible for inspecting your shipment upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, please note it with the carrier and contact us within five (5) business days of receipt.

8. Contests & Promotions

From time to time, Lone Star True Custom Rigs may offer contests, giveaways, sweepstakes, or promotional offers through our website or social media channels. Any such promotions are valid only in applicable jurisdictions and are subject to their own specific rules and conditions, which will be posted at the time of the promotion.

Lone Star True Custom Rigs reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any contest or promotion at any time for any reason, including but not limited to product availability, pricing issues, or reduced demand. Prizes and special pricing may change without notice. Recipients of prizes are solely responsible for all applicable taxes.

9. Warranty

All Lone Star True Custom Rigs systems come with the following warranty coverage:

• Labor Warranty: One (1) year limited warranty covering workmanship and assembly defects.
• Component Warranties: Individual components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond our labor warranty period.
• What Is Covered: Defects in assembly, component failure under normal use, and system instability caused by manufacturing defects.
• What Is Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid spills, unauthorized modifications, overclocking beyond factory specifications (unless configured by us), power surges, or normal wear and tear.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping any product back to us.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE CONTENT AND MATERIALS ON THIS WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LONE STAR TRUE CUSTOM RIGS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE WEBSITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.

11. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LONE STAR TRUE CUSTOM RIGS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, PUNITIVE, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF DATA, LOSS OF PROFITS, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OUR PRODUCTS OR WEBSITE, REGARDLESS OF THE THEORY OF LIABILITY AND EVEN IF LONE STAR TRUE CUSTOM RIGS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising from a product purchase or your use of this website shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

By using our website, including community features such as The Stockyard, user profiles, and any commenting or discussion systems, you agree not to:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site, its systems, or other users' accounts.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation, servers, or networks.
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information when placing orders or creating accounts.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Texas. You hereby consent and submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purpose of litigating any such action.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be reformed only to the extent necessary to comply with applicable law. The remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
