Welcome to Lone Star True Custom Rigs. By accessing our website and placing orders, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before using our site or purchasing any products. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website.

1. General Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Lone Star True Custom Rigs website and all related services. We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the site following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to make purchases on our site.

2. Products & Customization

Lone Star True Custom Rigs specializes in custom-built gaming PCs. Our products include pre-configured systems ("Ready to Ship") and fully customizable builds through our PC configurator.

• Product images are for illustration purposes and may differ slightly from the final product due to component availability or manufacturer design changes.
• We reserve the right to substitute components of equal or greater performance and quality if a selected part becomes unavailable after your order is placed. We will notify you of any significant substitutions before shipping.
• Custom configurations are built to order and are subject to the specific return conditions outlined in our Return Policy.

3. Pricing & Payment

All prices listed on our website are in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. No sales tax is currently collected on purchases. If our tax obligations change in the future, applicable sales tax will be calculated at checkout in accordance with Texas state law and applicable local regulations.

• We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), as well as financing through Affirm and Klarna.
• Payment is collected in full at the time of purchase unless you select a financing option through Affirm or Klarna, in which case their respective terms and conditions apply.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if we suspect fraudulent activity, pricing errors, or if the order cannot be fulfilled.
• In the event of a pricing error, we will notify you and offer the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order Processing & Build Times

Once your order is confirmed, we will begin assembling your custom PC. Estimated build and processing times are as follows:

• Ready to Ship Systems: Typically ship within 3-5 business days.
• Custom Configurator Builds: Typically ship within 10-15 business days, depending on component availability and build complexity.

Build times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will keep you informed of your order status via email. Lone Star True Custom Rigs is not liable for delays caused by component shortages, shipping carrier delays, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control.

5. Shipping

We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States. All systems are carefully packaged with custom foam inserts and protective materials to ensure safe delivery.

• Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination and system weight.
• Risk of loss and title for items pass to you upon delivery to the shipping carrier.
• We strongly recommend purchasing shipping insurance for high-value orders. Shipping insurance may be offered at checkout.
• You are responsible for inspecting your shipment upon delivery. If the outer packaging shows visible damage, please note it with the carrier and contact us immediately.

6. Warranty

All Lone Star True Custom Rigs systems come with the following warranty coverage:

• Labor Warranty: One (1) year limited warranty covering workmanship and assembly defects.
• Component Warranties: Individual components are covered by their respective manufacturer warranties, which may extend beyond our labor warranty period.
• What Is Covered: Defects in assembly, component failure under normal use, and system instability caused by manufacturing defects.
• What Is Not Covered: Damage caused by misuse, accidents, liquid spills, unauthorized modifications, overclocking beyond factory specifications (unless configured by us), power surges, or normal wear and tear.

To file a warranty claim, please contact our support team to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number before shipping any product back to us.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lone Star True Custom Rigs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of our products or website.

Our total liability for any claim arising from a product purchase shall not exceed the purchase price of the product in question. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Lone Star True Custom Rigs or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content on this site without our prior written consent.

9. User Conduct

By using our website, you agree not to:

• Use the site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the site or its systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the site's operation or servers.
• Submit false or misleading information when placing orders or creating accounts.

10. Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our website shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Texas. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

11. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
